THE PROGRAM 

Substitute your meals with six organic fresh squeezed juices made fresh for you daily for your choice of 1, 3, 5, or 7 days. Substituting meaning you don’t take any snacks, you don’t take any meals, caffeine or alcohol stimulants, instead you drink the juices through-out the day taking each juice in a time frame of 2 to 3 hour and consuming lots of water. With the juices you will also be given a chia seed water complimentary to help balance your body level and provide you with omega 3's your body needs, in total you will receive 6 bottles of juices and 1 bottle of chia water.

(Spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, magnesium, folate, manganese, iron, calcium, vitamin C, vitamin B2, potassium, and vitamin B6. Apples are a great source of several micro-nutrients, Vitamins, and moisture. Kale has (1) antioxidant nutrients, (2) anti-inflammatory nutrients, and (3) anti-cancer nutrients in the form of glucosinolates. Parsley has more Vitamin C than many other vegetables and fruits. It is rich in flavonoids and antioxidants and is a storehouse of essential nutrients like magnesium, calcium and potassium. Parsley helps digestion and aids elimination, it has the ability to regulate high cholesterol levels and the Alpha-lipolic Acid in parsley regulates blood sugar levels.)
